I'm not exaggerating when I tell you these roasted red potatoes taste better than fries. PLUS, they are much healthier for you! That's a win-win in my book. Keep reading to snag the full recipe.
This is one of my favorite ways to prepare potatoes because you don't need any special tools or ingredients, and they pair well with almost anything!
Ingredients:
3-lb bag red potatoes
Olive oil
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Slice potatoes into bite size pieces. I typically slice 2 potatoes per person, so when I cook dinner for me and my husband I slice up 4 potatoes in total. Add potatoes to a baking sheet. Lightly drizzle olive oil across all potatoes and sprinkle a light layer of onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Using clean hands, spread potatoes around baking sheet to evenly coat them with oil and seasoning. Bake for 25-30 minutes until potatoes have a slight brown crisp. Enjoy!
