My Favorite "No Cook" Dinner

Whipping up a delicious and balanced dinner has never been easier. In this blog post, I'm sharing the recipe for my current dinner obsession that requires zero cooking whatsoever.

Lately, I've been searching for different ways to use all of our garden-fresh tomatoes and cucumbers. I also haven't had much time to prepare meals these last few weeks in between vacations, weddings, and our many other summer activities. These two factors ultimately brought me to try out this recipe. This recipe is SO easy to prepare, does not require any cooking at all, and tastes so incredibly good. I seriously cannot get over it. To prepare this recipe for yourself, follow the simple steps listed below.


Ingredients:

1 rotisserie whole roasted chicken

2 medium size tomatoes

1 med-large cucumber

1 red onion

12-oz container tzatziki sauce

1 package pita bread

Feta cheese

Salt and pepper


Pull chicken off bone and peel into small pieces. Add chicken to a small bowl. Dice tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion and add the amount you desire to the bowl with the chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add a large spoonful of tzatziki sauce to the bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined. Spread mixture on a pita. Top with feta cheese crumbles.
